TRANSCEND is a route optimization and traffic prediction platform for transportation and logistics companies, designed to improve operational efficiency through artificial intelligence.

This document defines the General Conditions of Use of the TRANSCEND website and application. These conditions must be accepted by all platform users.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence or, failing that, to the courts of Vigo (Pontevedra).
